A: Winning the award means that our clients are very happy with the service that we have been providing over the years and it also helps to attract new clients
Q: What makes your business unique in the market?
A: Life Maid Easy is determined to provide the most sustainable cleaning solution in our community. From our all natural cleaning products to the hybrid vehicles we drive, doing our part for the environment is the top priority.
Q: What is ONE characteristic that you believe helped you through your career?
A: Creating a personal relationship with my clients has been a huge asset to my success. After all, they are welcoming me in their homes, it is important that they get to know me and trust me.
Q: What is the next priority for your business?
A: As a new Franchisee my priority is to really get our name out in the community. I’d like to meet as many people as I can to help spread the word about the wonderful service that we offer.
Q: Where do the great ideas come from in your organization? (Team decisions, management decision etc.)
A: At Life Maid Easy we have a great focus on teamwork. We often get together for brainstorming sessions to bounce ideas back and forth and to learn about new products and trends in the industry to better serve our clients.
Q: Does your company use social media? If so, how had it changed your business?
A: At Life Maid Easy we understanding that engaging with our clients is very important and social media is the best way to do that in this day and age. We love Facebook, Instagram and our Google page as a tool to reach our clients on a daily basis.
Q: How do you keep up with the trends in your industry?
A: We always try a few different types of cleaning products or supplies before deciding on what to bring to clients homes. We want to make sure that we are always using the best quality materials that are available to us.
Q: What is the most recent example of how you have exceeded your client’s expectations on a job?
A: One of our elderly clients has some issues with walking, so we always bring him a newspaper and give him a call before his appointment to see if there is anything else we can pick up on the way.
